Creation of a bank consortium

The high overall transaction volume of the investment also means a high level of borrowed capital - the financing was arranged accordingly via a banking consortium.

The peculiarities of the Asian investor structure were taken into account, to ensure efficient management of the current financing contract. At the same time, the demanding KYC (Know-Your-Customer) Requirements implemented.
